Shipping
Standard Shipping
A flat fee of Rs 250 on every order. Delivered in 3–7 business days.
Cash on Delivery
Pay when your order arrives at your door. No advance payment required.
Express Shipping
Available at checkout. Delivered in 1–3 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. All orders are securely packaged in our signature gift box.
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale.
Process
Email hello@kundeeeq.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label within 24 hours.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
Warranty
Every Kundeeeq piece is backed by our lifetime craftsmanship warranty. We stand behind our work and will repair or replace any item with a manufacturing defect at no charge. Accidental damage and normal wear are not covered. To make a warranty claim, contact us with photos of the issue and your order number.
